Jinbo elevator IC card security management system is convenient for the property and security for people

1- All IC cards must be authorized by the manager

While setting the system, manager must record the detailed information and authorized floor of the card holder. The manager can also set the time period of using elevator.

2- The authority can be set according to needs.

IC card can be set all-pass or single floor.Function of single floor card: While using elevator, people can directly go to the desired floor without pressing the button after swiping card.Function of multi-floor: While using the card, people have several floors to choose.

3- While using elevator you must swipe card. People without card or authority can not use elevator, which ensure the safety of people.

While the user swipe card and call elevator, the IC card controller in elevator cab will transfer the information of authority floor in IC card into the corresponding     floor number. Other buttons are useless.

If you lost the IC card, you can register to loss. Then the original card is useless.

5- Time Period Limitation Function.

In the making process of time period card, through the setting of card's effective time, it realizes the function that passenger can only take elevator by swiping card within the effective time and he/she can not continue to take elevator by the card after the time limit is exceeded, what's more, the card can also realize chargeable elevator service which urges and reminds users to pay relevant charges; certainly, the card can also realize non-charge elevator service, in case you want to reuse it after the time limit is exceeded, you need to go to card making center to extend using time, therefore, the function is applicable to users for a short-time stay.

6- Elevator Usage Recording Function.

The system can record such information (8,000 pcs can be recorded at most) as card number, using time, used elevator code and residual using times (only for chargeable card) of users to provide convenience for administrator's query. History Elevator Usage Record Reading Function of Card for Reading User Data. The card for reading user data, which is made through software, can read the history elevator usage record of each elevator conveniently (each IC card can read 84 records for one time at most).

Advantages :

The card reader is installed in elevator operation panel or car wall. Each elevator needs one card reader and the integrated cost is lower. At the same time it has double function single charge and authority management.

Disadvantages ：

This device cannot stop people without card from entering elevator car.

Repaired methods ：

you can install outside calling controller on low floor for example the first second and three floors is installed outside calling controller. After all, people who walk to the fourth floor are very few. 

Economic type：

It can achieve the extensive management of the floor. The cardholder can press the button and reach any floor after swiping card. It is suitable for the community where the people are familiar with each other.

Standard type A：

To achieve the fine floor management, user can choose the access floor after swiping card (the access floor can be a single floor or several floors) other non-access floors can not choose the floor, which ensure the privacy and security between the various floors.
